Eliezer Becker was born in Vilna. At the age of 5 he immigrated to Eretz Israel with his parents and in the year 1909, the family settled in Rishon Lezion.
He attended the primary school ("Chaviv") and the agricultural school of Mikveh Israel. When he finished his studies he managed orchards of farmers from Rishon Lezion.
He was an active member of the Haganah". He served in the settlements' Police as a guard. In the years 1933-1940, he served as a member in the townships' committee. He was an authorized signatory in the Loan and Savings Bank.
During World War II he left for Jerusalem, where he worked after the state's establishment in the "Abandoned Property."
When he passed away, he was buried in the old cemetery in Rishon Lezion
